We have one upstairs De luxe studios with balcony overlooking the pool

​ We have three types of studios, all of which are one room apartments. The upstairs de luxe studio with balcony has pole position overlooking the pool and has a superior level of finish to the standard studios. It has a balcony across the full width of the apartment. There is a canvas roller blind for shade and privacy, and a table and chairs. You can spend the days out here, and the evenings indoors, or` vice versa, all in your private space. 

 

Access

 This apartment is accessed by a shared stairway then through its private front door. Access is up 15 stairs with a hand rail.

Living space

​ Behind the balcony inside there is living space cum bedroom with a wooden cathedral ceiling, a smart TV, dining table, a separate desk area and plenty of storage space.

Cooking

​ At the back of the living-space by the door is an L-shaped, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, sink, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, small appliances (coffee machine, kettle, blender and toaster). Everything you need to self-cater, or to store and warm up and serve delivery meals. There is also a water cooler.

Sleeping

​ In the front part of the studio is the bed under the high part of the ceiling, a queen-size bed. There is also a closet and drawers and shelves.

Safety

​ For your security there is a wall-safe for storing documents and cash safely. The front door is double-glazed door with a multi-point lock. The balcony has sliding doors with a locking pin.

Showering

​ There is a glass shower cubicle in the bathroom together with a washbasin and WC, and some cupboard space.

Cooling off

​ There is a ceiling fan over the bed, and an a/c unit in the apartment. The balcony windows and doors are glass louvred, dark glass for privacy, and there are double-glazed windows and door at the rear. All windows and doors have mosquito screens.

Entertainment and working from home/away

​ There is a 43" smart TV in the studio with HDMI connections. Local cable is supplied, and you can use your internet for further viewing. The apartment has exclusive wifi with 10 mbps upload and 25 mbps download - as recommended by Netflix for watching ultra-high density films. Plenty for Zoom meetings and Facetime or Skype with family, friends and colleagues. There is a full desk in a small office area at the front of the apartment.

 The apartment is up one flight of stairs, with a handrail. The shower cubicle is step-in, with sliding doors.
