Terms and Conditions

These prices apply for rentals for 10 consecutive months or more. Ten consecutive months’ rental will always include 1 or 2 months in the low season. If you plan to include all three months of the low season, please talk to us about a possible further discount.

You can start a rental on any date. Your rental term may not finish exactly at the end of a rental month. At the end of the term, any extra days after the last full month will be charged at the Added days rate shown below.

If you wish to start renting long-term between September and February, two months' deposit will be taken in advance. At other times, one month deposit is required.

Note that Junior singles studios are not available for long-term rentals.

This table also shows the seasonal monthly rates, purely for information. This allows you to work out your best option.
