Laundry
There are two options for laundry:
Do your own in the guest launderette (now three machines). Drying space is available.)
Ask the maid to do it for you, for a small fee. It will be washed, dried, folded and returned to you usually next day (unless very wet weather).
Drinking water
This is included in your rent and available on site. Ask the maintenance man or night watchman to bring you a 5 gallon jug and install it on your cooler.

Cleaning
After you arrive, one of our maids will come see you and inform you which will be your day for cleaning (1x per week). You can request an extra clean, or a 2nd change of sheets and towels each week at no charge. Talk to them directly for any special requests - some things may attract a charge. They are learning English.
Night watchman
We have a night watchman on site during the hours of darkness. He is there to deter or deal with intruders, and to help you with requests or problems. Don't hesitate to ask him if you need assistance.
Fun and games
Our common room includes a small library, games (e.g. draughts, backgammon, dominoes), puzzles and a 55"screen for watching sports or films.
Hot water
... is available on-demand. Each building has its own system. All kitchens and bathrooms have hot water, at all times.
Wi-Fi
We have powerful wi-fi and each condo has an allocated volume. This ensures that no-one can take it all! We have a total of 800 mbps download and 200 mbps upload. Larger condos with 2 smart TVs are allocated more bandwidth. Junior and standard studios are allocated less. We can flex this for individual needs up to a point. This can support streaming UHD films or TV, but not high-speed gaming. BYO Android box or Firestick and your Netflix or other logins.
Cold air
We exclude a/c usage from our rental rates because this can vary from zero to over $250 per month, depending on weather and personal taste.
In each condo is a small meter that measures only the a/c usage in kilowatt hours (it is 220V the rest of the apartment is 110V). This is then charged at approx. the rate billed by the utility company. If you use none, you pay nothing.
BBQ
We have a medium-sized gas BBQ on site. When full, we organise community barbecues about once per month. You can use the BBQ yourself. Please inform us you want to book it.

You will find a guest manual in your condo. This will tell you who is who on our staff, where and when each item here is available, and has lots of information about such things as activities and trips, restaurants and bars, safety and transport, tipping andmuch more.
Breakfast
If you want to fall out of bed to a plate of bacon and eggs or some pancakes.... Place your order the previous night. We offer a range of breakfasts at low prices, and we are very flexible. You can come eat at the cafe behind building 3, or you can ask for delivery to your condo.
