Still looking for a quiet, central place for Christmas?

We have a 1-bed townhouse apartment unexpectedly available from now until 30 December. This rents at a rate of US$42 per night, including everything except a/c. We have a great pool, a common room with games, a library and a 50 inch TV, a guest laundry, exercise room and serve breakfast and lunch in our own cafe. We are also planning a roast piglet dinner just before Christmas. The apartment itself consists of a spacious living room (43" smart TV) and open kitchen (4-burner stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine, kettle etc.) plus a half-bath downstairs. Upstairs is a bedroom with cathedral ceiling, a king-size bed (or configurable as 2 x twin beds), 43" TV and balcony overlooking the site. Side windows already double-glazed, back windows are in progress. There is street noise, mainly at weekends (Friday/Saturday). Located opposite the City Hall in calle Proyecto (according to Google) or calle Wolfgang Mozart (according to the street sign) you are 10 minutes walk from almost everything in El Batey. We are a quiet location, many of our visitors are over 60. We do not accept "chicas", no pets, and no children under 8. We ask people to keep the place quiet after 11:00 pm so that others can sleep.

Please note: we will list any vacancies that arise, we are basically full from mid-December until beginning of April, and have a waitlist. But not for this one!
