We have two standard studios upstairs
​ We have three types of studios, all of which are one room apartments. The standard studios have a fully equipped compact kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower. These upstairs studios have a balcony across the full width of the apartment. There is a canvas roller blind for shade and privacy, and a table and chairs. You can spend the days out here, and the evenings indoors, or`vice versa, all in your private space.
Access
These apartments are accessed by a shared stairway then through their own front door. Access is up 15 stairs with a hand rail.

Living space
​ Behind the balcony inside there is living space cum bedroom with a spacious wooden cathedral ceiling, a 43" smart TV, dining table, desk and plenty of storage space.

Cooking
​ At the back of the living-space by the door is a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, sink, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, small appliances (coffee machine, kettle, blender and toaster). Everything you need to self-cater, or to store and warm up and serve delivery meals. There is also a water cooler.

Sleeping
​ In the front part of the studio is a king-size bed (#06) or twin beds (#16) under the high part of the ceiling. There is also a closet with mirror doors, drawers and shelves.

Safety
​ For your security there is a wall-safe for storing documents and cash safely. Each has a double-glazed entry door, #16 with a multi-point lock, while #6 has two separate locks. The balconies have sliding doors with a locking pin.

Showering
​ In the bathrooms, there is a walk-in coralina shower, a washbasin and WC, and more cupboard space, shelf and mirror.

Cooling off
​ There is a ceiling fan over the bed, and an a/c unit. The balcony windows and doors are glass louvred, dark glass for privacy, and there are double-glazed windows and doors at the rear (and in #16 above the beds). All windows and doors have mosquito screens.

Entertainment and working from home/away
​ There is a 43" smart TV with HDMI connections. Local cable is supplied, and you can use your internet for further viewing. Each apartment has exclusive wifi with 10 mbps upload and 25 mbps download - as recommended by Netflix for watching ultra-high density films. Plenty for Zoom meetings and Facetime or Skype with family, friends and colleagues. There is a desk and office chair.

Mobility
These apartments are up one flight of stairs, with a handrail.
Privacy - end of building
#16 has windows or doors on all four sides, making it airy and cool. The living space has a loveseat as well as a dining table and desk, plus a 43" TV. #6 is in pole position overlooking the pool.
A good night's sleep
Both studios have a wooden cathedral ceiling. #06 has a king-size bed (shown above) and #16 has a queen-size bed, both with mirror closet doors. There is a/c and a ceiling fan.

Cook in or warm up
A compact kitchen with a a fridge-freezer, granite counter, cupboards over and under, facing a sink and more cupboard space, gas stove with oven. A microwave, small appliances, crockery, cutlery etc. Everything you need to cook or warm up.
