We have four town-house apartments

...on two floors that face towards the pool. Each has a balcony across the full width of the apartment, with a canvas roller blind for shade and privacy, and also a small terrace downstairs with table and chairs. You can live outdoors in your private space.

Access

Downstairs access through double doors, upstairs via 14 wide medium stairs, with a landing and a handrail.

Living space

Inside, downstairs is a generous living space, with dining table and chairs, a sofa, smart TV, storage space and a working area with desk, office chair and UPS.

Cooking

Behind the living-space is an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, sink, stove, fridge-freezer, water cooler, microwave, small appliances, crockery, cutlery etc. Everything you need to self-cater, or to store and warm up and serve delivery meals.

There is also a half-bath downstairs.

Sleeping

Upstairs (14 broad and easy stairs with a landing and hand rail), is the bedroom with an impressive cathedral ceiling, a king-size oak bed, oak closet, drawers and shelves plus additional storage. In #2 there are grey twin beds either placed together with a king-size mattress, or separately as 2 x twin beds. Sliding doors open onto the balcony, with table and chairs, and a drying rack for your laundry.

Safety

For your security there is a wall-safe to store documents and cash safely, and a locking pin for the balcony doors. The front door has a privacy push-button lock and a secure deadlock.

Showering

Upstairs at the rear is a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower lined with attractive natural coralina stone, WC, washbasin, mirror and cupboard, ttowel rail etc.

Cooling off

There are a/c units and ceiling fans in both the living area and the bedroom. Windows and doors at the front are louvred to keep the space airy, and textured, smoked glass provides privacy.  Street-facing windows to the side and rear have been double-glazed to reduce noise, also those near the on-site generator. All windows and doors have mosquito screens.

Entertainment and working from home/away

There is a TV in both the living area and the bedroom. All are smart 40" or bigger TVs, and have HDMI connections. Local cable is supplied, and you can use your internet for further viewing. Bring your Netflix login or other online subscription. Each apartment has exclusive wifi with 50 mbps download and 20 mbps upload - as recommended by Netflix for watching ultra-high density films on 2 TVs. Plenty also for Zoom meetings, Facetime or Skype with family, friends and colleagues.

Mobility

These apartments are built on two levels, with a wide, gentle staircase with a handrail. The showers are walk-in. The outdoors common area has some small slopes, each with bars alongside. Pathways are 30 inches wide, single doorways 26.5 inches, but a pull-release opens the double doors.
