These prices apply from 1 April 2024. All prices are in US dollars
High season is 16 November to 31March
Low season is 16 June to 15 September
Shoulder seasons are 1 April to 15 June and
16 September to 15 November

Payments
Payments may be made in USD, or in DOP at the exchange rate used by Santa Cruz bank on the date the payment is made. Please ask about payment in EUR or GBP.
An advance payment is needed for bookings of one month or longer, normally half the rent for bookings of one to two months, and one month for longer bookings. This payment is applied to the final part of your stay.
Advance payments will be refunded on cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival. After that, refunds will only be made if the vacancy is re-booked, and may be zero, partial or full. Any refund on early departure is at the sole discretion of Oasis in Sosua SRL.
